During the Covid Pandemic, where many things changed, the world of film remained open & unrestricted.
Film is indeed a medium we are free to explore anywhere, anytime. It enables us like a passport, to travel away from limitations of reality, into the realm of imagination and creativity. Film provides an opportunity to improve literacy on so many meaningful and mindful levels, via escapism into new cultures and different mindsets.
Our Creative Cluster, Film Club for schools programme has been designed by educators and students for educators and students as a resource during Covid19 and thereafter. We designed for learning through entertainment and engagement with short films, when students were not in a physical classroom or lesson but were forced to remain ‘in virtual school’.
